Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule with block scheduling available
• 36 or 48 guaranteed hours per week (facility may call off up to 3 times during 13-week assignment)
• On-call requirements: weeknights 5:30 PM to 6:30 AM and 24-hour weekend call from 6:30 AM to 6:30 AM
• Call rotated among all technologists with minimum 2-hour callback if activated
• 6 months of interventional radiology experience required
• No first-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: ARRT R, BLS, New Mexico license
• No floating required within facility or to sister facilities
• Must work with all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Extensive skills required including interventional procedures, hybrid OR operations, PACS system, equipment maintenance, and inventory management
• Specific procedures include angiography, embolization, stent placement, ablation, TIPS, EVAR, TEVAR, and various drainage procedures
• Must maintain sterile field, perform site prep, and follow isolation precautions
• Overtime must be pre-approved by client and approval is rare
• RQI certifications not accepted
• No locals within 75-mile radius accepted
