RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work in cardiovascular operating room with 11 ORs and a Cysto room
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Day shift position (no overnight shift)
• Call requirements Monday through Friday 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM (currently one RN covering call, will transition to every other day and every other weekend once second RN hired)
• Minimum 3 years recent CV surgery experience required
• On and off pump CABG experience required
• CV OR experience preferred
• Vascular surgery experience preferred
• Perform typical procedures including Off Pump CABG, On Pump CABG, Vascular Bypass, and Carotid Endarterectomy
• Work with EMR system Meditech
• Required certifications: RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Hospital-provided scrubs
• Must be hardworking and team player

This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive surgery department located on the 1st floor of the main building. The facility features 11 operating rooms and a cystoscopy room, staffed with 31 team members including directors, charge nurses, circulators, surgical technicians, nurse techs, anesthesia techs, and unit clerks. The organization specializes in cardiovascular and vascular surgical procedures, maintaining high standards for patient care and surgical excellence.
