The locum tenens GI Hospitalist Position in Fort Lauderdale, FL.-Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL-Duration: March 15, 2018 - September 15, 2018-Shift: 7on/7off-Patients: 20 per day, 100% adult-Group: 3 other GIs (another GI will be on during locum coverage)-Hospital: 557 beds, Not for profit hospital, 40K ER visits per year-Procedures: Upper GI (biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder, injection of varices, banding of varices, diagnostic, therapeutic, PEG), Esophageal dilatation, Esophageal manometry, small bowel biopsy, lower GI endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy (flexible and rigid), Colonoscopy (with biopsy, excision of polyp), insertion of sengstaken-Preferred procedures: ERCP, Liver biopsy-Required: FLORIDA license at time of application, Board Certified or Board Eligible
