Job Title: Permanent Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology

Sunrise Children s Hospital offers a high-acuity Level III NICU environment where advanced interventions such as ECMO and a collaborative 24/7 care model foster comprehensive patient management. Job Responsibilities:
- Join a collaborative team of 13 neonatologists and 12 advanced practice providers (NNPs/PAs)
- Deliver patient-centered care in a 72-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 60
- Manage complex and critical neonatal cases, including ELBW infants
- Utilize advanced technologies such as neonatal ECMO and high-frequency ventilation
- Participate in dedicated neonatal resuscitation and transport teams
- Collaborate with full-spectrum pediatric subspecialists, including cardiovascular surgery
- Contribute to a high-performing, compassionate care model focused on innovation and outcomes
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Neonatal Nurse Practitioner NNP-BC (Required)
- Master s degree or higher in Nursing
- Experience in a Level III NICU preferred
- Willingness to collaborate and be part of a team-oriented environment
License and Certification Requirements:
- Current APRN national specialty certification (NNP-BC)
- NV license (or willingness to obtain) REQUIRED
- DEA must be obtained prior to start
- CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start
