ICU RN Unit: Mixed ICU (MICU, SICU, CICU, TICU) Beds: 39 total (combined ICUs) Experience Requirements Minimum: 2 years ICU experience excluding travel (strongly preferred). Possible exception: 1.5 years ICU (excluding travel) + significant non-ICU RN experience → submit to management for approval. Travel Experience: Must have at least 1 completed travel assignment (no first-time travelers). Proximity Rule: Must live 100 miles from any Monument Health facility. Return Policy: Former permanent staff must wait 1 year before returning as traveler.
