Work closely with a wide range of service lines including oncology, surgery, pulmonary, digestive health, ENT, and critical care to provide diag and therapeutic interventions across the continuum of care. Supported by our employer network of 160+ providers, state-of-the-art facilities, and strong referral base, you will play a key role in advancing radiology and minimally invasive care for patients throughout the region.
Scope of Services: 80 % General and 20 % Interventional Procedures.
Highlights:
Consultation Services: Providing timely consultation to ED physicians, general surgeons, primary care physicians, and other specialists and therapeutic options for patients.
Patient Care: Conducting pre-procedural patient assessment and post-procedural management and follow-up, often in a clinic setting.
Diag Imaging: In a community hospital setting, the IR will expect to read 80 % of general diag imaging studies (X-rays, CTs, MRIs, ultrasound) as part of a mixed practice.
Quality Improvement: Participating in the hospital's quality monitoring and improvement programs.
