Job Summary:
As an RBT with HireCare Services – Georgia, you will work one-on-one with clients in a home-based setting to provide behavioral therapy and support. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Your dedication and expertise will enable our clients to achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with clients with autism and other developmental disorders in a home-based setting to provide behavioral therapy and support
• Implement individualized behavior plans, using ABA principles and techniques, to address client needs
• Collect and record data on client progress, providing recommendations for program development and modification
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, consisting of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), to ensure effective treatment and client outcomes
• Maintain accurate, detailed records and reports, adhering to organizational policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
• 1+ year of experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disorders
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if required by the client).
