Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shift 8p-8a
- Call Schedule: Flexible/May be able to accommodate 7on/7off
- Patient Population: Adult
- APP Coverage: Daytime only. No overnight APP coverage.
- Hospitalists Present During Shift: None
- Average Admissions Per Day: 8-12
- Average ICU Patients Per Day: Closed medical ICU (24 hr Intensivists responsible for admitting)
- Average Inpatient Patients Per Day: Total patient census runs 88+
- Overnight Admissions: 7-10 in addition to floor calls
- In-house Codes: None
- Rounding: No rounding; nocturnist responsible for floor calls across 7 units
- EMR: EPIC
- Facility Type: Community Hospital. Not a trauma center
