- IR procedural experience (Y-90, thoracentesis, paracentesis) with 10–13 IR cases per shift
- Fluoroscopy experience (4–6 fluoro/day)
- Experience with Intelerad PACS and PowerScribe 4.0
- Eligible for NY medical privileges/credentialing
