- 16,000 cases per year
- Most cases are orthopedic - total hips, knees, and shoulders
- Facility is open Monday-Friday
- No weekends
- No call
- No holidays
- Team environment - anesthesiologists medically direct CRNAs
- Many ortho cases are done requiring multiple peripheral nerve blocks for postop pain management
- 15+ operating rooms
- Cases start around 7a-7:30a and they work to have all patients in the Recovery Room by 4:30p
- Providers rotate through the later days
