We are seeking a Board-Certified Pediatrician to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in an established, high-volume outpatient practice located in beautiful Boca Raton. Our practice emphasizes personal, attentive care from routine checkups and immunizations to sports physicals and developmental guidance within a warm, family-focused setting.
Position HighlightsBase Salary: $215,000 $230,000 (based on experience and board status)
Annual Bonus: Up to $10,000
Total Compensation: $240,000+
Schedule: Full-time, outpatient only
Daily Volume: patients
Support Team: Dedicated front desk, scheduler, CMA, and a full-time ARNP (4 days/week)

What We re Looking ForBoard Certified in Pediatrics
Active and unrestricted Florida medical license
At least 1 year of pediatric outpatient experience (2+ preferred)
Strong clinical and communication skills
Committed to delivering high-quality, family-oriented care
Portuguese fluency is required
