Temporary Nephrology Physician needed to provide ongoing inpatient and on-call nephrology coverage at a 224-bed Level 3 Trauma Center (Prisma Health Blount Memorial Hospital) in Maryville, TN. Clinical schedule primarily 8am–5pm with weekend 24-hour call shifts (Sat morning–Mon morning); candidates must be available 1–2 weeks per month, use EPIC EMR, and can negotiate night-call arrangements. Compensation: $230/hour (8-hour guarantee M–F), $3200 per 24-hour call, $290/hour for hours beyond guarantee; privileges take ~45–60 days.
