Our team is expanding, and we are seeking aboard-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our Charlotte, NC practice.

Position Overview:
As an Internal Medicine Physician at Tryon Medical, you will provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients, managing both acute and chronic conditions. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of physicians, nurses, and support staff in a state-of-the-art clinical environment. This role offers professional growth opportunities while supporting a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary care to adult patients

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Coordinate patient care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, education, or clinical research as desired

• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records according to clinical standards

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Carolina

• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
