Primary Care Outpatient Plant City, Florida
COMPENSATION: Total 1st year comp. $298,000 plus great benefits

Role:
- Salary: $220,000.00 - $240,000.00
- Avg. 20 patients a day (23-24 scheduled (-) cancellations)
- 15-20 minutes with ea. patient
- Patients 18yrs old and up (need to be okay seeing both age groups)
- Call: One week of Call once a year
- A sign on bonus of $20,000.00 will be paid in one lump sum for 2 years.
- Will pay a differential hourly rate on Saturdays. (Office is currently open Saturday from 8am 12pm. The physicians rotate Saturdays) Extra $550.00 for 1 a day = $14,300 a year
- Bonus program up to $24,000.00 annually

Requirements:
- Board Certified Board Eligible IM / FM (will consider if was boarded and boards lapsed)
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish) -Preferred
