Anesthesiology - Central New York

• Hospital employed practice is seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join their team
• Guaranteed salary: $610,000
• Join 5 physicians and 5 CRNAs in practice
• Some supervision of CRNAs required while doing their own cases
• Monday - Friday schedule 7 am to 3:30 pm
• Call: one weekday per week with physician taking first call, and one weekend per month with additional compensation provided for coming in for a case
• Cases & volume:
• Approximately 900 annual inpatient OR cases and 5,000 annual outpatient cases (including endoscopy)
• Approximately 450 births per year
• Max of 7 anesthesia sites at any given time (4 OR/3 endo suites)
• Bread and butter cases including the following specialties: Bariatrics, non-invasive Cardiology, ENT including healthy pediatrics, General Surgery, GI, Orthopedics, Urology and OBGYN
• EMR: Meditech
