10 room OR, use 8 campus
ASC will have 4 OR, use 2 daily
2 OR teams operating simultaneously
Consultative call via clinic and the ED team
2 nd in Market Share of the capture area.

Compensation & Benefits:

Upper 50% MGMA pay
Signing 40k
CME: 5 days & 3K
