Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant with at least 1 year of experience to support our facility in Kellogg. Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) experience
- Proficiency in providing therapy interventions according to patient needs

Nice to Have Skills
- Prior experience in long-term care (LTC) settings; flexibility on this requirement

Preferred Education and Experience
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure in Idaho or the ability to obtain
- At least 6 months of LTC experience preferred, but candidates with diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply
Other Requirements
- No floating staffing responsibilities
- No on-call or callback duties
- Ability to commit to the schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- No opportunity for overtime; however, 40 hours are guaranteed each week
- No housing provided; local candidates preferred or those willing to commute
