Compensation & Benefits
All positions are eligible for the following benefits package (unless otherwise specified):
- Guaranteed base salary of $650,000 + wRVU productivity bonus potential
$100,000 signing bonus
Student loan repayment options PSLF eligible employer
Paid malpractice coverage with tail
$5,500 per year for dues and CME
Paid time off for vacation, sick leave, and CME
Comprehensive health, life, dental, vision, and retirement plans per hospital policy

Qualifications
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
- Active or ability to obtain an Alabama medical license
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
