This is a very remote location. Providers must be comfortable with limited nightlife, geographic isolation, and practicing independently while on call.

Assignment Details
- Minimum Commitment: 6 months
- Setting: Outpatient clinic + school-based health center
- Patient Population: All ages
- Average Volume: patients/day (may range up to 22)
- Schedule: Clinic 8:00 AM 5:00 PM + Call
- EMR: Athena
- Respond to patient, medic, and hospital calls
- Independently assess, triage, and manage patients
- If immediate care is required, provider must be able to arrive at the clinic within 15 minutes
- Local medics are available for transport and emergency assistance
- Provider determines whether care can safely wait until clinic hours
- Family Medicine & Urgent Care services for all ages
- Solo provider coverage (support staff present during clinic hours)
- Minor procedures, suturing, splinting
- EKGs, X-rays, and CLIA-waived point-of-care labs while on call
- School-Based Health Center coverage (wellness visits, acute illness/injuries)
- Board Certified
- Active Hawaii license required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS required, and ATLS preferred
- DEA required
