NORTHERN NEW YORK FAMILY PRACTICE Community Health Center of Northern NY is seeking a B/e B/c Family Practice Physician who is looking for a 100% employed Outpatient opportunity. ? Hours are : 5 8 hour shifts within the posted facility hours- Monday & Friday 7Am to 5 Pm , Tuesday -Thursday 7Am to 7Pm NO -Call Benefit time includes up to four weeks of vacation and four personal days , Plus two weeks of sick time and nine paid holidays .
