Schedule opportunity 8a.m. to 4:30p.m.
Only take after-hours calls and urgent weekend calls. No inpatient call.

Currently 2 physicians, 1 APP & 2 NP s
Average daily patient volume is 15
We have a diabetes educator on staff with plans to add a dietitian to the practice
Qualifications

MD or DO degree
Will need to obtain a WV state medical license and DEA registration upon hire
BE/BC in Endocrinology
Completed an ACGME-accredited residency
