Seeking a full-time physician to join a dedicated inpatient rehab team in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide internal medicine care to patients in an inpatient rehab setting
Manage chronic and acute conditions with individualized care plans
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
Prescribe and monitor medications
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other care team members
Educate patients and families on health conditions and recovery plans
Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients and facility staff
Promote wellness and healthy lifestyle practices
Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
At least 1 year of clinical experience in internal medicine
Inpatient rehab experience is a plus, but not required
Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license
Active DEA license with prescriptive authority in Indiana
