A major hospital in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Board-Certified Hematology/Oncology Physician for a locum tenens assignment. This position involves both scheduled day shifts and on-call responsibilities within a high-acuity, collaborative environment.

• Days: Monday - Friday

• Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Call: Included in rotation

• Full-Time Coverage: Required

• Setting: Hospital & Infusion Center

• Patients per Day: 30-40

• Hospital Size: 590 beds

• EMR: Epic

• Support Staff:

• APPs available for inpatient coverage (Hematology & Oncology)

• No APP support for weekend or call coverage

• Special Procedures: Malignant Hematology - Required

• Skills Required:

• Medical Oncology (solid tumors)

• Infusion coverage

• Board Certification: Required

• Experience: Minimum 2 years

• License: Active MN or IMLC

• DEA: Required

• BLS: Required

• Robust inpatient and infusion support from APPs during the day
