Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Operations Specialist to lead strategic initiatives, oversee branch operations, and drive growth through effective leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and innovative programs. This role combines operational excellence, sales enablement, marketing execution, financial oversight, and employee engagement to ensure the branch remains a top-performing unit nationwide.
How you'll make an impact
- Branch Operations
- Deploy and manage multiple company initiatives, ensuring successful execution and recognition as a top-performing branch.
- Develop and implement yearly strategic initiatives to drive organic growth, mergers, recruiting, and productivity improvements.
- Foster a positive branch culture through employee engagement programs, satisfaction surveys, focus groups, and appreciation events.
- Review client consulting agreements for accuracy in scope, rates, and contractual details.
- Maintain contingency plans to ensure compliance with business operating standards and systems.
- Provide operational support during mergers and integrations, serving as a key point of contact.
- Sales Operations & Marketing
- Manage a 9-week summer sales internship program, including recruitment, onboarding, training, mentorship, and evaluations.
- Plan and execute marketing events such as client seminars, roundtables, appreciation events, and employee functions.
- Build and maintain strong vendor and carrier partnerships, securing sponsorships and evaluating ROI to improve future events.
- Finance
- Collaborate with production, finance, and carrier partners to resolve commission discrepancies and ensure client satisfaction.
- Review monthly forecasts, identify cost-saving measures, and analyze branch-level expenses for efficiency.
- Talent Management
- Implement onboarding processes to ensure new hires have equipment, systems, and access on day one.
- Oversee all new hire onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and successful transition into the organization.
About You
Required:
- 3 years related experience required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Proven track record in branch operations, sales enablement, and employee engagement.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with internal teams, clients, and vendor partners.
- Financial acumen with experience in forecasting, cost-saving initiatives, and revenue growth. (preferred not required)
- Ability to design and deliver training programs and operational best practices.
