💼 What You’ll Do
- Own the entire event sales cycle from first inquiry through contract execution
- Proactively generate new business while nurturing repeat and referral clients
- Consult with clients to design events that align with their goals, vision, and budget
- Partner closely with operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Stay plugged into local market trends and competitive offerings
- Represent the brand with confidence, professionalism, and genuine hospitality

- Proven success in event sales, hospitality sales, or B2B sales
- A natural relationship-builder with strong closing instincts
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple events
- Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions
- CRM experience a plus

💰 Compensation & Perks
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission potential. This is a role with total comp north of 115K
