Restaurant Sous Chef Requirements & Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of upscale Full-Service Restaurant Sous Chef experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Maintaining high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
- Mentoring and teaching others techniques
- Ability to manage with integrity, honesty, and knowledge while promoting culture and values
- Comply with all county and state laws governing food service operations
- Must be passionate about food and executing consistency at a high-volume
- Basic understanding of labor controls
- Must be passionate about cleanliness and food safety
- Open to working days, nights, and weekends
