The Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner provides medical care for patients of all ages (except newborns) in a low-level urgent care clinic, performing procedures such as minor suturing, physical exams, and chronic disease management. The role involves triaging patients, working alongside physicians and medical assistants, and using electronic medical records systems. Candidates must hold relevant certifications, a Washington State license, and DEA registration, with experience preferred in urgent care environments.

Low Level Urgent Care Clinic
Urgent Care NP/PA:
• Seeking coverage ASAP ongoing
• Monday Thursday
• Hours: 9a-6p
• 1-hour lunches
• Patient Load: 13-16 per day (30 Min apps.)
• Must be able to see all ages (no newborns)
• Procedures: PEs, minor office procedures, PAPs, nail avulsions, minor suturing, chronic disease, diabetes, high BP, cardiac, etc.
• Able to triage with front desk if they have a questionable walk in that may need more emergent care
• 2-3 MDs on during the day at the clinic
• 1 MA per provider
• Must be certified
• Must have WA State License and DEA
• EMR: Athen (Prefers someone with experience)
- There is a handheld device for translations
• Local candidates
