Compass Veterinary Clinic seeks an experienced Certified Veterinary Technician to provide Fear Free, low-stress compassionate care in a collaborative clinic in Lake Oswego, OR. The role involves anesthesia monitoring, dental procedures and radiographs, IV/IO catheter placement, injections, outpatient care, and client education while practicing at the top of licensure. Position offers flexible full- or part-time schedules, $25–$30/hr, bonuses, benefits, CE allowance, and support for professional growth and certification reimbursement.

Schedule, benefits and compensation**:
- Schedule: Full-time or part-time with a flexible schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday.
- Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour*
- Bonus package: $2000
- CE allowance: $500 the first year, $1,000 annually thereafter

Minimum qualifications and skillset:
- Current Veterinary Technician License in the state of Oregon
- 5+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
- Fear Free Certification and experience preferred but we are open to training and providing reimbursement for your certification
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Anesthesia induction and monitoring
- Dental prophy and radiographs
- IVC placement
- SQ, IV, IM injection
- Outpatient care
- Client communication and education
