What You Can Expect:
Practice Hours: Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., providing a work-life balance with no weekends or holidays required.
Flexible Schedule: Embrace a flexible schedule, allowing you to tailor your professional commitments to your personal life, ensuring a healthy work-life integration.
Patient Volume: Manage an average outpatient volume of 18-20 patients per day, allowing for focused and personalized care. This ensures you have the time to establish meaningful patient relationships and deliver comprehensive care.
Shared Call: Engage in a shared call schedule of 1:4, supported by a Nurse Triage System to enhance accessibility for patients and provide support for after-hours care.
Oversight Responsibilities: As a key member of our team, provide oversight to one Nurse Practitioner, contributing to the collaborative and comprehensive patient care approach that defines our practice.
Telehealth Services: Stay at the forefront of healthcare by participating in telehealth services, enhancing patient accessibility and providing flexibility in healthcare delivery.
On-Site Lab: Access on-site lab services for efficient diagnostic support, streamlining the diagnostic process for better patient outcomes.
Common Diagnoses: Diagnose and treat a variety of conditions, including child and adult wellness visits, back pain, endocrinology issues, hypertension, and heart failure. Be part of a practice that offers diverse medical experiences.
