What you can expect at your practice:
- Position: Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner
- Work Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 7:30 AM - 8:30 PM
- Every third weekend rotation
- Rotate working 2 major holidays per year (e.g., Memorial Day, Independence Day)
- Volume Expectations: See 3-4 patients per hour, depending on seasonality
- Orientation: 4-6 weeks with a preceptor for new Urgent Care providers
- Practice Details: Treats all ages, no patients turned away
- Incentive Plan:
- Eligible after 6 months
- Up to $2,000 monthly bonus based on patient experience, volume, and visit duration
