Opportunity: Seeking a full-time, permanent Family Medicine APP for an outpatient clinic. APP will be providing services to all age groups. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am- 5pm. Diagnose and treat patients of all ages with chronic conditions and lead preventative treatment plans on an out-patient basis, determine nature and extent of disease or disorder using diagnostic imaging and tests. Prescribe medication, consult with other health care professionals, and refer patients to specialists as needed. Advise patients on disease prevention and health promotion. Manage patient complaint resolution. Participate in educational programs and literature review for professional development.
