A progressive healthcare organization is seeking a
BC/BE Primary Care Physician to join team south of Ft. Wayne.
Highlights:
- The schedule is M-F either 5 days a week 8-hour days or 4 days a week 10-hour days.
Qualifications:- Doctor of Medicine Degree or its foreign equivalent
- A current and valid Physician License from the State of Indiana or at time of hire
- Current DEA licensure and prescriptive authority from the State of Indiana or at time of hire
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in related field
