What You'll Be Doing
Lead and coordinate night shift production activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
Monitor equipment and processes to maintain quality standards.
Provide guidance and support to team members for optimal performance.
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to meet production goals.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive motions.
Comfortable working in outdoor conditions and around heavy equipment.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
Must be able to work night shifts and extended hours as needed.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
