Schedule: 6.5 shifts/month with 24-hour in‑house call; weekend coverage required. Inpatient-only (no outpatient/GYN), facility uses Epic. Contract: locum-to-perm. - Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN - Active Iowa medical license or IMLC (LOQ required at credentialing) - Experience with vaginal deliveries and C-sections - Comfortable managing emergent obstetric cases and participating in maternity transport - Able to collaborate with residents and MFM on-call

This role provides full-time inpatient coverage, caring for patients without a primary OB/GYN and participating in emergent maternal care.
