- This is an employed position with a hospital affiliated group.

Our compensation structure includes: - Base salary based on the MGMA standard for our geographical area as well as the potential to earn incentive components including quality, patient satisfaction, and other practice goals.
- In addition, we offer the potential to earn an incentive, based on WRVU, for providing clinical care during inpatient hospital coverage.
