Experienced Registered Nurse provides independent acute medical-surgical nursing care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients; administers medications and treatments, monitors responses, documents care, and educates patients and families. Demonstrates leadership by making assignments and delegating to other care providers, managing complex clinical situations, and meeting organizational competency expectations. Requires RN licensure (or compact), BLS certification, BSN preferred, and approximately one year of specialty experience; full-time day shift (7AM–7PM).
