Responsibilities:
Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs in various settings, including home, school, and clinic
Collaborate with behavior analysts, family members, and other healthcare professionals to develop and modify treatment plans as needed
Utilize evidence-based practices to ensure the highest quality of care and to drive positive outcomes for our clients
Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA and autism treatment
Requirements:
Must be a minimum of 18 years old
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must have completed the required 40-hour training program in RBT skills and be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician
Must have experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
Must be able to pass a background check and have a reliable means of transportation
Work Environment:
