A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Coatesville, PA is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a temporary full-time contract (6 12 months) with the option to transition into a permanent position. This is a great opportunity to provide high-quality primary care in a supportive, team-based setting while helping expand access to care in a growing community.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
• Setting: Outpatient primary care (no inpatient, no call)
• Volume: patients per day
• Support: Full team including MAs, care coordinators, and behavioral health staff
• EMR: AthenaHealth

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $210,000 $230,000 (depending on experience)
• CME: $5,000 + 5 CME days
• PTO: 33 days total (vacation, holidays, CME, sick)
• Malpractice: FTCA coverage (no tail required)
• Retirement: 403(b) with employer contribution
• Relocation Assistance: Available
• Loan Repayment: NHSC eligible

Qualifications

• MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Pennsylvania medical license (or eligibility)
• Experience in FQHC or community health preferred
• Strong commitment to serving underserved populations
