The Pain Management Nurse Practitioner will provide specialized care to patients with chronic pain in rural communities, traveling to multiple clinic locations. Benefits and Features:
- Competitive salary, $130,000 - $160,000 / year, depending on experience plus productivity bonuses

Your Role with the Company:
- Full-time position, 4 days/week, 40hrs/week, no weekends
- In-depth training/Fellowship program for NP as they onboard - Fellowship program lasts 3-9 months, Employer will assist with licensing
- Advance Practice provider will be serving patients in a clinic setting in rural communities in CO, KS, WY, MN, MT, WA
- NP will lead in coordinating comprehensive evaluation and management of patients dealing with chronic pain

Background Profile:
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, functional medicine, spine surgery or family medicine preferred
