Job Description

What You Bring
- Experience: Prior ICU or critical care experience is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication, and critical thinking capabilities.
- Certifications: Current ACLS and BLS certification, with the ability to maintain ongoing certification compliance.
- Adaptability: Ability to work night shifts and flexible scheduling, including weekend shifts and floating to various units when necessary.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Education: Registered Nurse (RN) with an active state licensure. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is a plus but not required.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of ICU or critical care experience preferred. Experience in a hospital setting, handling adult critically ill patients, with familiarity in ventilator management, intravenous therapy, and emergency response protocols.
