Practice Details

• Physicians round on patients in Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care Facilities.
• Team approach coordinating with specialists and surgeons, Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapies, Case Management, and Psychology
• Clinical Triage manages calls from facilities seven days a week
• Providers utilize innovative technology with integrated voice recognition to complete patient encounters quickly and directly in EHR

• Guaranteed base salary
