RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 4 ten-hour shifts per week from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Day shift schedule
• 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Minimum 2+ years of operating room experience required
• Must have strength in Ortho, Neuro, Robotics, ENT, General Surgery, and Urology
• Cerner experience required
• CNOR certification preferred
• Expected to float between campuses as needed
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in operating room patient care
• Work as part of surgical team with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and operating room technicians
• Responsibilities include ensuring supplies availability, maintaining case timeliness, communicating with families
• Update physician preference cards and scrub/assist physicians during surgical cases
• Supervise personnel delivering patient care according to State Nurse Practice Act and AORN standards
