• Compensation: $215K $245K base (commensurate with experience and location)

• Bonus: Performance-based, tied to quality metrics

• Team Support: Dedicated Scribe, Medical Assistant, and Social Worker

• Clinic Resources: Onsite lab with phlebotomist; RubiconMD for specialist consultations

• EMR Systems: Canopy and Greenway

• Clinic Staffing: 3 5 providers per site (mix of MDs and NPs)

• Patient Services: Complimentary transportation within 5 miles
