Internal Job Description
-Will float between OPS and MedSurg. -OPS-pre—post-surgical department post meaning after surgery and adequate recovery. Only responsibility is discharge of patient to home. -twelve hour shifts variable, AM shift starting at 05:30, mid shift starting at 06:30 to 07:30 and PM shift starting between 08:00—10:00. PM shift could incur over time. Nurses rotate through the shifts one week AM, one week mid and one week PM.
