The HVAC Lead Installer at ARS-Rescue Rooter is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The role requires at least three years of HVAC installation experience, relevant certifications, and knowledge of national codes. We are seeking an HVAC Lead installer to join our ARS/Rescue Rooter team. We are a full-service residential heating & air conditioning contractor located in San Diego, CA. As an Installer with us, you will maintain, troubleshoot, install, and repair ventilation, heating, and air conditioning systems used in residential settings.
Responsibilities:We offer:

- Three or more years of experience in HVAC installation
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Working knowledge of national codes and best practices
- Requisite basic certifications (EPA Universal)
- Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A valid driver’s license
- Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to pass a background check, MVR check and drug screen
