Clinical Expectations
- Provide full-scope Emergency Medicine care for all acuity levels

- No admitting responsibility
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (EM, FM, or IM accepted depending on profile)
- ACLS & ATLS required
- Active, unrestricted Arkansas medical license
- Clean background preferred for expedited credentialing
- Critical need = High priority onboarding
- Stable 12-hour day shifts
