We are seeking aFamily Medicine Physicianto join our primary care team. The physician will provide comprehensive, high-quality care to patients across the lifespan in accordance with established medical and ethical standards. The role includes direct patient care, clinical oversight, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide medical care to patients of all ages, ensuring timely and appropriate service.
Manage patient caseload efficiently and in compliance with clinical and reimbursement guidelines.
Provide patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care.
Supervise and guide core team staff in delivering effective treatment and education.
Participate in training and orientation for new clinical staff as needed.
Ensure accurate, complete, and compliant medical documentation.
Respond promptly to on-call responsibilities (1:4 rotation).
Coordinate care with case management and other multidisciplinary team members.
Manage triage services for walk-in patients and prioritize care based on acuity.
Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and risk management standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership.
Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree.
Completed Residency in Family Medicine or Primary Care (Board Certification preferred).
2-3 years of experience in a primary care or community health setting preferred.
Valid state medical license and registration.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to perform effectively in emergency situations and demonstrate leadership and teamwork.
Proficient computer skills required.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use hands and arms regularly.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
