Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide therapy services to patients with physical, cognitive, or functional limitations. The OT will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to improve independence and daily function.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, strength, and coordination
• Address functional limitations due to injury, illness, or disability
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements

• Required: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Required: Active OT license in state of practice or ability to obtain
• Preferred: Previous occupational therapy or healthcare experience
