Position Highlights:
- Base Salary: $500,000+ for new grads; $551,000+ for experienced surgeons
- Resident Stipend: $18,000 until completion
- Schedule: 4-5 clinical days/week with 10-11 call shifts/month (1:3 rotation)
- CME Allowance: $5,000/year
- Recruitment Bonus: $35,000
