Required Qualifications:
- Physical Therapist needed to provide one-on-one therapy care for patients in their home setting
- At least 1 Year of relevant Experience.
License / Certification:- Vermont PT licensure - Current and Active
- General Certifications(ACLS,BLS/BCLS,PALS,NRP);
- Rehabilitation Certifications(ASHA,CHT,ACP Training )
Shift Notes: M-F with weekend rotation
